Process Overview
The complete workshop system comprises two main sections: crystallization and filtration, working in seamless coordination to achieve optimal oil separation.
Crystallization Section

Automated Level Control - Computer-controlled oil intake switching between tanks with alarm display for precise level monitoring
PLC System Control - Programmable logic controller manages preset freezing parameters and cooling rates for optimal crystallization
Frequency Conversion Stirring - Variable speed stirring devices with computer-controlled adjustments to maintain uniform cooling without damaging crystal structure
The crystallization tanks feature cylindrical design with sufficient area for cooling coils and specially designed paddle stirrers, ensuring thorough mixing during the controlled cooling process.
