Refining Process Stages
1. Degumming & Neutralization
Hot water or dilute alkali solutions remove water-soluble impurities through coagulation and precipitation. Process parameters are flexibly adjusted based on crude oil specifications.
2. Decolorization
Adsorption technology using activated white clay and bleaching earth effectively removes pigments and other impurities. Pneumatic conveying and precise feeding systems ensure operational efficiency.
3. Washing & Drying
Post-alkali refining washing reduces phosphorus content to <3-5ppm/5-10ppm, followed by vacuum drying for optimal moisture removal.
4. Deodorization
Steam jet vacuum pumps create high vacuum conditions to remove odors and volatile compounds. Triple-stage heating process collects valuable byproducts while maintaining oil quality.
5. Dewaxing & Fractionation
Dry fractionation method cools and crystallizes oils without chemical additives, separating wax for industrial applications while preserving oil quality.
