Oilseed pretreatment involves essential preparatory treatments before oil processing, including washing, dehulling, peeling, crushing, and conditioning. This critical process significantly impacts oil production efficiency by improving oil structure and performance while enhancing extraction speed and depth. Proper pretreatment also influences the quality of both oil products and by-products.
Mechanical Oil Extraction Methods
Our system utilizes mechanical force extraction methods, categorized into two primary approaches:
Primary Pressing (Full Pressing)
This method extracts maximum oil from pressed materials, achieving residual oil levels of just 3% to 5% in the cake.
Pre-pressing
Pre-pressing extracts approximately 70% of available oil, leaving residual oil content of 15% to 18% in the cake. The pre-press cake then undergoes solvent leaching for complete oil recovery.

Complete Processing Sequence
Before pressing, seeds undergo steaming and frying to create mature germ. The crude oil from pressing contains particles that require desludging before refining. Our comprehensive process includes steaming, frying, pressing, and crude oil desludging.
