Brief introduction:

The lifting displacement is controlled by the computer, automatically leveled, and displayed on the screen. Equipped with a balance mechanism, it is convenient to unload the rolled workpiece and cylinder.

Ways of working:
A. Align the plate head with the front roller, and lift the lower roller to tighten the plate;
B. Return the front plate head to the vicinity of the tangent point of the upper and lower rollers, lower the front roller, and lift the rear roller to a proper position;
C. Drive the work roll to rotate and pre-bend the front plate head of an appropriate length;
D. Lower the rear roller and raise the front roller;
E. Drive the work roll to rotate and roll the plate;
F. After the plate head rotates to the vicinity of the tangent point of the upper and lower rolls, the rolling is completed.
