Product Description:
The Hydraulic Guillotine adopts a frame structure with all-steel welding. It has four corner and eight-sided right-angle guide rails for added precision and good rigidity. Not only is it hydraulically preloaded, but the integrated two-way cartridge valve is also used for the entire hydraulic system. Additions such as a digital stroke display, a photoelectric protection device and a mobile workbench can be installed to make the replacement of molds more convenient.
The guillotine features a double-action upper slider and lower hydraulic pad that can be adjusted within a range of pressure strokes according to process requirements. It can be easily operated and remotely controlled with the press of buttons.

This guillotine is equipped with ESTUN’s most advanced E21S system. Through the use of this system, you are able to adjust the shear angle and knife edge gap that is appropriate for the material of the metal plates, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the processing.
