Aluminum foil coil - unwinding machine - air press ---- Mold - conveyor - collecting table - packaging
1) Aluminum foil box machine adopts a large number of imported brand electronic components, such as Siemens PLC, servo motor, etc., to ensure accurate and stable operation of the machine.
2) The feeder is equipped with automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate aluminum foil. The foil feeder provides the correct amount and length of foil and is controlled by Siemens servo system to ensure high precision stepping.
3) The machine is equipped with mold lifting device, easy to replace the mold.
4) We can design and manufacture machines according to customers' requirements and target prices.
Automatic stacker (container collector)
Function: Automatic stacker is an auxiliary system for collecting containers.
1. Variable frequency speed regulation of conveyor.
2. Automatic counting function.
3. Anti-collision function of container platform.
4. It can be connected to production line linkage or single machine. Use touch screen and PLC computer control.
The lifting platform adopts step lifting platform and ball screw lifting platform. The number of stacking platform is controlled by PLC.
8. Pneumatic control table cutting.
