Reactor copper foil winding machine BRJ600-2-2 is one kind of core clamping type foil winder for winding reactor foil coil. With two servo motors driving the machine, the two ends of the core are with the same torque. The copper foil winding machine can wind two layers of copper foil with thickness 0.2mm ~ 2mm and aluminium foil with thickness 0.3mm ~ 3mm. Two photoelectric sensors are adopted to correct the position of the foil when winding. The copper foil winding machine’s control system is based on PLC. All parameters of winding are being input through a touch screen. It is very easy to operate the copper foil winding machine.
