Automatic coil winding machine ZPX800 is a professional wire winder for winding copper or aluminium wire to make reactor coils and other similar products. The automatic coil winding machine can be used to wind both round wire and flat wire. Two chucks are used to clamp the iron core and the wire is wound on the core directly. The winding speed of the automatic coil winding machine can be adjusted by a potentiometer on the screen board. The automatic coil winding machine is provided with a foot pedal, which can be used to stop or start the coil winding machine and switch the rotating direction. With control system based on PLC, the automatic coil winding machine can be operated easily.
