Copper foil winding machine BRJ1600-2 is one of foil winders. The copper foil winding machine is mainly used for winding cast resin transformer’s foil coils and other similar products. The foil winding machine can be used to wind both copper foil and aluminum foil and can wind one or two layers of foil conductors and one or two layers of insulation paper. The copper foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit, including winding machine, cooler, jig plat and so on, to weld bus bar with foil together. Photoelectric sensors are adopted in the copper foil winding machine to correct the position of foil when the foil is wound. Control system of the copper foil winding machine is based on PLC. With a touch screen, it is very easy to operate the copper foil winding machine.
