Copper foil winding machine BRJ1000-2-2 is a special foil sheet winder. The kind of copper foil winding machine is mainly used to wind copper or aluminium foil to make reactor coils or other similar products. The copper foil winding machine is a core clamping foil winding machine and the foil and insulation paper are wound on the core directly. The copper foil winding machine adopts servo motors for two drive stocks separately to make two chucks have the same torque and ensure the drive stocks to wind foil synchronously. Two layers of copper or aluminium foil and two layers of insulation paper can be wound by this kind of foil winding machine. Moreover, the functions of the copper foil winding machine can be customized as requested.

• Strong main frame, welded with steel;
• Two foil decoilers for placing foil conductor material;
• Pressing roller, for feeding the foil before winding and pressing the foil after winding;
• Two 5.5kw servo motors for winding foil;
• Two Insulation decoilers for placing insulation paper;
• Edge alignment system to correct the position of the foil when winding;
• TIG welding unit;
• Pneumatic for brake and pressing roller, etc;
• Electrical control system is based on PLC, and;
• Foot pedal: can be used to switch the rotating direction of the winding shaft.
