Dry Transformer Foil Winding Machine BRJ1000-2 is a special machine specifically designed for winding transformer foil coils or similar products. Featuring a maximum width of 1,000 mm, this machine is able to wind 1 or 2 layers of both copper foil between 0.2mm through 2mm in thickness and aluminium foil between 0.3mm through 3mm in thickness. Powered by 15KW motor, the transformer foil winding machine is equipped with enough torque to efficiently wind foil and insulation paper. Providing additional functionalities are the TIG winding machine and water cooler which enables this machine to weld foil and bus bar together automatically. Furthermore, the operator can enjoy its user-friendly experience through the touch screen display control.
