Copper foil winding machine BRJ300-2 is a professioinal foil strip winder equipment, which is mainly used to wind both copper foil and aluminium foil to make cast resin transformer coils. The copper foil winding machine is provided with cold pressure welding unit. This kind of cold pressure welding unit can weld different material, i.e. welding aluminium foil and copper bus bar together or welding copper foil and aluminium bus bar together, and so on. With two sets of foil decoilers and insulation decoilers, the copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of copper foil and wind one or two layers of insulation paper. The copper foil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, precise action and so on. With a touch screen and PLC control system, the copper foil winding machine can be operated easily.
