Transformer foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 is a special conductor foil winder machine specifically designed for winding dry type transformer coils or similar products. Featuring a maximum winding width of 1,000 mm, the transformer foil winding machine is able to wind one or two layers of both copper foil with thickness between 0.2mm through 2mm and aluminium foil with thickness between 0.3mm through 3mm. Powered by 15KW motor, the transformer foil winding machine can provide enough torque to efficiently wind foil and insulation paper at the same time. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with TIG winding machine and water cooler for welding foil and busbar together. Furthermore, the operator can enjoy its user-friendly experience through the touch screen display control, which guarantees that the machine can be operated easily.
