With two sets of foil decoilers and two sets of insulation decoilers, the kind of copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of conductor foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. With TIG welding device, the copper foil winding machine can weld conductor foil and busbar together. Photoelectric sensors, correcting the position of foil when winding, guarantees the wound foil neat. Control system of the copper foil winding machine is based on PLC.
