Description of transformer core stacking table ZPT-5T
 
Transformer core stacking table is for stacking silicon steel sheet to assemble cores of amorphous transformers. The transformer core stacking table can not only stack the iron core, but also tilt the stacked core. This kind of transformer core stacking table can be operated easily and operators only need put a coil on the lifting platform of the transformer core stacking table, making the axis of the coil horizontal, inserting every single frame iron core into the inner hole of the coil, wrapping, mounting insulator, and clamping processes, etc to complete folding iron cores. The height of the transformer core stacking table’s working position can be easily adjusted to meet different assembly needs. The stacking table’s size can be adjusted through a hand wheel to meet different needs.
