Transformer foil winding machine BRJ600-2 is mainly used to wind transformer foil coil and other similar products. The transformer foil winding machine can be used to wind copper or aluminium foil. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with pneumatic brake system for foil decoilers and insulation decoiler to provide tension to make sure the coil can be wound tightly when winding. With photoelectric sensors, the transformer foil winding machine can correct the position of foil, which can make the foil edge neat when winding. The transformer foil winding machine is with TIG welding unit for welding foil and bus bar together. With HMI and control system based on PLC, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily and intuitively.
