Transformer coil winding machine ZPX800 is a special equipment for winding copper wire or aluminium wire with maximum winding width 800mm. The coil wound with transformer coil winding machine is mainly used to make transformer and other similar products. The transformer coil winding machine is provided with a servo motor to drive the wire guide, which makes the machine lay the wire automatically and servo motor driving guarantees the wire guide’s moving precision. Two limiters are placed on the two ends for limiting the wire guide moving. With HMI and control system based on PLC, the transformer coil winding machine can be operated very easily.
