Transformer foil winding machine BRJ800-2 is a special foil conductor winder to make cast resin transformer coils. This kind of transformer foil winding machine is provided with 15kw motor to drive the winding shaft, which provide big torque to wind the foil with maximum width 800mm. The transformer foil winding machine adopts TIG welding process to weld foil and bus bar together. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with two foil decoilers and two insulation paper deciolers, which makes the foil winding machine wind one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil strip and one or two layers of insulation paper. With HMI and control system based on PLC, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated very easily.
