Introduction of motor coil winding machine MW1500

Motor coil winding machine MW1500 is suitable for winding different specifications of copper or aluminum wire coils, these coils can be used in motors and other similar products. The machine is provided with a digital counter and the number of turns can be preset. The digital counter can show the number of turns and it is also with reversible counting function. The counting number recorded and the parameters input can be saved in case of power off. The winding speed can be adjusted steplessly through the potentiometer on the board, and the rotating direction can be switched through the foot pedal.

The machine is equipped with adjustable movable blocks. The winding former can be fixed on the two movable blocks. The distance between the two blocks can be adjusted with rotating screw rod of the mold and the adjustment range is 200 ~1500mm.
