Automatic transformer foil winding machine BRJ200 is a special foil winding machine for winding transformer or reactor foil coils and other similar products. This machine can wind copper or aluminium strip with max width 200mm, and it can handle one layer of foil and one layer of insulation paper. Cold pressure welding unit is adopted in the machine, which can wind cu foil and cu bar, cu foil and al bar, al foil and cu bar, and al foil and al bar together. This kind of foil winding machine is provided with PLC control system, which can make the machine run automatically as per the parameters input.
