Silicon steel cutting machine UCM400 is a special cutting machine to make rectangle open core for transformer. The silicon steel cutting machine can cut one strip with maximum width 400mm or two strips with maximum width 190mm at once. The unicore made by this kind of cut strip can be used in oil transformers, cast resin transformers and traction transformers with high voltage from 10KV to 35KV and the capacity from 30KVA to 3150KVA. The blades used in the cutting machine are made of cemented carbide.The supply coil dereeler adopts hydraulic expanding for putting and fixing the silicon steel roll easily. The parameters can be enter through a touch scree. The silicon steel cutting machine features easy operation and so on.
