The foil winding machine is provided with two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, which makes the transformer foil winding machine wind one or two layers of foil conductor and wind one or two layers of insulation paper at once. With TIG welding unit, the transformer foil winding machine can weld foil and bus bar together. With PLC control system and HMI, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily.
