Copper foil winding machine is a kind of professional foil conductor winder, which is mainly used to wind different sizes of foil coils. These wound foil coils can be used in cast resin transformers and other similar products. With two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, this kind of copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of copper foil or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation paper at once. The copper foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit for welding foil and bus bar together. With a touch screen and PLC control system, the copper foil winding machine can be operated easily. The foot pedal can be used to run and stop the machine and switching the rotating direction can also be achieved through the foot pedal.
