Description of copper foil winding machine BRJ1000-2
Copper foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 can wind conductor foil strip with maximum width 1000mm, the copper foil winding machine can wind copper foil strip with thickness from 0.2 mm to 2.0mm and aluminium foil strip with thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0 mm. With two foil decoilers, the copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil strip. TIG welding unit is also provided for the foil winding machine to weld bus bar and foil together. With PLC control system and HMI, the foil winding machine can be operated easily.
