Transformer core cutting machine is a special cutter for cutting silicon steel sheet to make transformer core’s legs and yokes or other similar products. The transformer core cutting machine can cut the silicon steel sheet with maximum width 300mm and the thickness of the silicon steel is from 0.23mm to 0.35mm. The transformer core cutting machine can cut beveled edges at both ends and punch the silicon steel to make two holes and a V-notch on the silicon steel. The core cutting machine’s control system is based on PLC. With HMI, the transformer core cutting machine can be operated easily.
