Core slitting machine ZJX1250 is a special cutting equipment. The core slitting machine is mainly used to slit silicon steel sheet to make strips. Through setting different parameters, the core slitting machine can be used to slit different widths of strips. The maximum width of the slit silicon steel can be 1200mm. The slit strips can be used to make transformer core’s legs, yokes and other similar products. The core slitting machine is provided with 6 sets of cutters, that is to say, the core slitting machine can slit five pieces of strips at one time. The cutters can be added to slit more strips at one time if needing. With PLC control and HMI, the slitting machine can be operated easily.
