Transformer foil winding machine BRJ200 is a special equipment for winding small size foil coil with maximum height 200mm. The finished foil coil can be used in transformers and other similar products. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with cold press welding unit, which can welder different material (copper or aluminium) together. Different pressing mould is provided to be suitable for welding different thickness of foils and bus bars. Servo motors are used to guarantee the precision. Touch screen is for inputting all necessary parameters to make the machine run automatically. The foil winding machine features compact, high automation, high precision, etc.
