Transformer foil winding machine BRJ300 can be used to wind one layer of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. The foil winding machine can wind both copper foil and aluminium foil. The transformer foil winding machine can weld different kinds of conductor together with the cold pressure welding unit, that is to say, the foil winding machine can weld not only copper foil and copper bus bar or aluminium foil and aluminium bus bar, but also copper foil and aluminium bus bar or aluminium foil and copper bus bar together. With the expanding range from Ø480mm to Ø520mm, the foil decoiler of the foil winding machine can be used to place the conductor foil material with inner diameter 500mm and maximum outer diameter 1000mm.
