Core slitting machine ZJX1250 is a professional cutting machine. The core slitting machine is mainly used to slit silicon steel sheet to make strips. With HMI and PLC control system, the core slitting machine can slit different widths of strips through presetting corresponding parameters. The core slitting machine can slit silicon steel sheet with maximum width 1200mm. The slit strips can be used to make transformer core’s legs, yokes and other similar products. With six sets of cutters, the core slitting machine can slit at most five pieces of strips at one time. However, the cutters can be added to slit more strips at one time if needing. With PLC control and HMI, the slitting machine can be operated easily.
