Copper foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 is a professional foil winder equipment. The copper foil winding machine can wind conductor foil strip with maximum width 1000mm, such as copper foil and aluminium foil. The copper foil winding machine can wind both copper foil strip with thickness from 0.2 mm to 2.0mm and aluminium foil strip with thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0 mm. The copper foil winding machine is provided with two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, which make the copper foil winding machine wind one or two layers of foil strip and one or two layers of insulation paper. With TIG welding unit, the copper foil winding machine can weld bus bar and foil together. The copper foil winding machine features high torque, smooth running and easy operation etc.
