Automatic copper foil winding machine BRJ200 is a professional foil foil winders for winding transformer coils and other similar products. This kind of foil winding machine is provided with one foil decoiler, which makes the machine wind one layer of foil. With two insulation paper decoilers, the copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of insulation paper at once. With cold pressure welding, the copper foil winding machine can weld bus bar and foil together. The copper foil winding machine is driven by servo motor, which guarantees all actions of the machine are precise. The foil winding machine is provided with PLC control system. With HMI, the copper foil winding machine can be operated easily.
