This kind of foil winding machine is provided with two sets of foil decoilers and two sets of insulation decoilers, which makes the foil winding machine hold one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. The conductor foil can be copper foil or aluminium foil. With the cold pressure welding unit, the transformer foil winding machine can weld different kinds of conductor together, that is to say, the machine can weld not only cu foil and cu bus bar or al foil and al bus bar, but also cu foil and al bus bar or al foil and cu bar together. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with a PLC and HMI, which makes the machine be operated easily.
