Description of copper foil winding machine BRJ700

Copper foil winding machine BRJ700 is a professional conductor foil film winder equipment. The foil winding machine is mainly used to wind copper foil or aluminium foil to make foil coils and this kind of wound foil coils can be used in cast resin transformers or other similar products. The copper foil winding machine is provided with one set of foil decoiler and two insulation decoilers, which makes the copper foil winding machine wind one layer of copper foil or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. With a set of TIG welding unit, the copper foil winding machine can weld foil with bus bar together. The copper foil winding machine is also provided with PLC and HMI. The copper foil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running and easy operation, etc.
