Copper foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 is a professional winder equipment, which can wind both copper foil and aluminium foil with maximum width 1000mm. The wound foil coils can be used in transformer and other similar products. With two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, the copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil strip and one or two layers of insulation paper. The foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit to weld bus bar and foil together. With control system based on PLC and HMI, the foil winding machine features high automation and so on.
