Model ZPX500-3 coil winding machine is a high-efficiency multi-wire winding equipment engineered for simultaneous production of three coils, with a maximum coil winding height up to 500 mm. This kind of coil winding machine adopts a servo-driven wire guide to achieve neat and automatic wire arrangement. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, the coil winding machine completes fully automatic winding of copper or aluminum wires once relevant parameters are preset. A foot switch is configured for convenient operation, which can start/stop the device and switch the spindle rotation direction flexibly. This winding machine delivers soft startup, stable operation, powerful output torque and superior automation performance.
