Description of copper foil winding machine BRJ1400

LV transformer copper foil winding machine BRJ1400 is mainly used to wind dry type transformer foil coil. This kind of copper foil winding machine can handle one layer of copper or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation material, such as insulation paper. The max width of the conductor foil is 1400mm. The copper foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding machine and cooler to weld foil with bus bar together. One disc cutter is used to cut the foil. Moreover, the copper foil winding machine can be customized. For example, the foil decoiler is for conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm, if the conductor foil with different inner diameter is used, the expanding range of the foil decoiler can be mended as per the inner diameter of the conductor foil. If the foil thickness is too large, such as 4.0mm, which need use bigger motor to drive.
