Description of transformer core cutting machine HJX300

Automatic transformer core cutting machine HJX300 is mainly used to cut silicon steel for making transformer core. The transformer core cutting machine can cut the silicon steel with maximum width 300mm. The transformer core cutting machine can cut the silicon steel two times to cut beveled edges at both ends and punch the silicon steel to make a V-notch. The transformer core cutting machine adopts single side positioning and manual width adjustment. Servo motor and PLC based control system are adopted in the transformer core cutting machine, which guarantees the precision of the machine’s action. Punching and cutting are driven by servo motor. AC servo system and controller are adopted in feeding system to realize precise determination of length.
