Description of silicon steel cutting machine HJX400
Automatic silicon steel cutting machine HJX400 is a special equipment for cutting silicon steel strip to make transformer core. The cutting machine adopts single side positioning technology for the transverse shear line. Servo motor and PLC based control system are adopted, which guarantees the precision of the machine’s actions. Punching and shearing strip are driven by servo motor, the model of silicon steel cutting machine can cut the strip two times and punch the strip one time. A feeding unit is also adopted for the cutting machine.
