Description of pressing machine TYJ-100T

Coil forming pressing machine is mainly used to press and form wound coils. With proper mold, it can be also used to simply stretch, press to form and punch etc. The pressing machine’s parameters, such as pressing speed, pressure, etc. can be preset to meet different process requirements. Hydraulic system is integration module, which makes the structure compact, the running sensitive and reliable, the noise low and the power strong.

Main Components

ⅰ) Frame: The frame is made of welded steel plate and fabricated, then performed aging treatment, which prevents the frame from reforming to infect the machine’s stability.

ⅱ) Oil Cylinder: Oil cylinder provides strong pressure and is the most important moving part. Good quality seal rings are used in the oil cylinder to prevent oil leaking.

ⅲ) Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic station, pressure regulating valves, pressure gauges, speed regulating valves, and direction control valves, etc.

ⅳ) Control system: The components used in control system are well known brands, such as Schneider, etc. It has multi interlocking protection functions and safe protection functions to assure the safety of the machine.
