Reactor copper foil winding machine BRJ600-2-2 is a professional equipment for winding copper foil or aluminium foil to make reactor foil coil or other similar products. The copper foil winding machine is provided with two chucks. The two chucks are used to clamp iron core and the foil can be wound on the iron core directly. Two servo motors are adopted to drive the two chucks, which can get the same torque on the chucks. The copper foil winding machine is controlled by the control system based on PLC. The foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit for welding foil and bus bar together. With one touch screen and HMI, it is very easy to operate the copper foil winding machine.
