Copper foil winding machine BRJ600-2 is mainly used to make dry type transformer foil coils with maximum width 600mm. The copper foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper foil or aluminium foil, it can also handle one or two layers of insulation paper. The copper foil winding machine is provided with TIG welding unit, which can be used to weld foil with bus bar together. With PLC control system and HMI, the copper foil winding machine is with rich functions and easy to operate. Two foil decoilers are used to hold copper foil or aluminium foil with inner diameter 300mm, 400mm or 500mm and maximum outer diameter 1000mm. The copper foil winding machine features big torque, smooth running and so on.
