The copper foil winding machine can handle the copper foil and aluminium foil with maximum width 600mm. The copper foil winding machine is provided with two servo motors to drive the two chucks, which makes the two drive stocks is with the same torque to wind the foil. The two chucks are used to clamp the iron core and the copper foil or aluminium foil is wound on the core directly. The copper foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation paper at the same time. With PLC control system, the copper foil winding machine can be controlled precisely, which guarantees the wound coil’s quality.
