Introduction of silicon steel cutting machine UCM400

Automatic silicon steel cutting machine, also called unicore cutting machine, UCM400 is mainly used to cut silicon steel to make rectangle open core for transformer. The silicon cutting machine is a speicail equipment for cutting silicon steel to make transformer core. The silicon steel cutting machine not only can cut one strip with maximum width 400mm, but also can cut two strips with maximum width 190mm at once. The cut core can be used in oil transformers,dry transformers and traction transformers with high voltage from 10KV to 35KV and the capacity from 30KVA to 3150KVA. The supply coil decoiler adopts hydraulic expanding, which guarantees to put and fix the silicon steel roll easily. The blades adopted in the cutting machine are made of cemented carbide. With a touch screen, the cutting machine can be easily operated.
