Automatic coil winding machine ZPX800 is a special wire winding machine for winding reactor coils and other similar products. The automatic coil winding machine can be used to wind both round wire and flat wire. Two chucks are driven by servo motors and the wire guide is also driven by a servo motor. The winding speed of the automatic coil winding machine can be adjusted by a potentiometer on the screen board. The foot pedal can not only be used to stop or start the coil winding machine but also be used to switch the rotating direction. With control system based on PLC, the automatic coil winding machine has different functions with different programs, which makes the machine be operated easily.
