Semi automatic transformer coil winding machine GDY-1T is one simple and cheap model of transformer coil winding machines. Moreover, the winding speed can be adjusted stepless in each gear by a potentiometer on the board. The rotating direction (forward/reverse) can be switched through the foot pedal.
