Description of automatic coil winding machine ZPX250

Automatic coil winding machine ZPX250 is a small sized coil winding machine, which can wind the wire coil with maximum height 250mm. The coil winding machine can be used to wind round or flat copper wires and round or flat aluminium wires. The automatic coil winding machine is provided with 3kw main winding motor to provide enough torque to wind wire. One 750w servo motor is adopted to drive the wire guide for laying the wire automatically when winding. With PLC control system and a touch screen, it is very intuitive to operate the machine.
