Introduction of transformer core cutting machine HJX800-LLB
Transformer core cutting machne, also called cut to length line, HJX800-LLB is a special equipment for cutting silicon steel sheet to make transformer core. The machine is with two cutting and two punching functions to make the core with a special shape. Servo motor is adopted to drive the cutting and punching actions, which guarantees the precision of the actions. The machine is controlled by PLC based control system. Moreover, the machine is with two types, one is common type, another is step lap type. With HMI, it is very easy to operate the machine.
