Introduction of silicon steel cutting machine UCM400

Silicon steel cutting machine UCM400 is a special cutter for cutting silicon steel to make rectangle open core for transformer. The silicon steel cutting machine can be used to cut both the strip with maximum width 400mm and two strips with maximum width 190mm at once. The finished cut core can be used in oil or dry transformers and traction transformers with high voltage 10～35kV and capacity 30KVA～3150KVA. The dereeler adopts hydraulic expanding for putting and fixing the silicon steel roll easily. The cutting machine’s blades are made of cemented carbide. With a touch screen, it is very easy to operate the machine.
