Advantages:

The heat resistance of the PPGL sheet is better than that of the PPGI sheet. PPGL sheet can withstand temperatures
of 315 ℃. Also, PPGL sheets have better corrosion resistance than PPGI. It is because that the dense layer made of
aluminum can prevent the base metal from further eroding.

through a continuous coil coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish. The metal is unwound, cleaned
and chemically treated during the process.
Application:
PPGL Sheets are prepared by combining the strength of steel with anti-corrosive capabilities of a metal coating like
Zinc or Aluminium. It is exceptionally resistant to weather and environmental degradations and can be punched, pressed,
roll-formed, or joined in any way possible per requirement.

Galvanized steel is made completely of zinc, while galvalume includes aluminum, zinc, and a small amount of silicon. This provides superior durability and resistance to corrosion in comparison to galvanized coating
