• Functions and Characteristics

WTC-I type brake pedal / hand brake dynamometer used to measure the precision instruments of various motor vehicle pedal force, accurate measurement data, to ensure driving safety. The instrument has the following features:

1. Battery power supply, small volume, easy to operate.
2. The four-line 12864 display screen has the function of peak holding, displaying real-time value and maximum value at the same time, and reading intuitively.
3. Has the RS232 serial port communication function.

• Operation method

Boot display welcome interface:

Note: By pressing the left key, you will enter the data emptying interface

Main menu interface:

Press left and right key to select menu, press OK key to enter submenu, press ESC key to return submenu, return to main menu.

1. Detection

Enter the detection interface, first enter the license plate input interface

(1) If you do not need to modify, press the OK key directly to enter the real-time detection interface.

(2)If you want to modify, press the left and right key to select the license plate number to be modified, press the MODE to enter the modification selection:

Press left and right key to select license plate and number, press confirmation key to confirm, after modification, press confirmation key to enter time is the detection interface.

Press Mode key to switch foot brake and hand brake, press zero key to clear zero, after detection, press send key to send data to upper computer,. Choose to store and print through the left and right keys, and then press the OK key to confirm the storage and printing data. The system can store 96 sets of data, more than 96 will automatically overwrite the original data.

Click OK to enter the query interface

Press MODE to switch data and menus, press left and right to select data and menu.

Send, display, print operations, and detection interfaces are similar.

1. Calibration

Choose calibration, press the OK key, first enter the password input interface

Password default is 1234, initial values are zero, right-click 1, left-click-1, press OK key shift. Automatically enter the calibration interface after correct password input

Press zero key to clear zero, load as required, press OK key to complete calibration and display calibration coefficient.

1. Settings

Click OK to enter the settings interface

Press left and right key to select the item to be modified, press OK to enter the modification item, press MODE key to enter the modification selection, press left and right key to select, press OK key to confirm the selection.

For networking with the computer (developed by the PC user himself), follow the following communication protocol:
